As a professional detailer, building and maintaining a great relationship with your clients is highly important. Over the past few years, I’ve worked hard to build a strong relationship with my clients. Not only has it made our business successful, but we’ve also made some great friends along the way. Recently, when one of our SweetCars friends stopped to see us in his newly acquired 2007 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, we knew that SweetCars would be called upon once more to help make this Lambo a stunning car. This time, both mechanically and aesthetically. The Lamborghini would first go through it’s required service of checking brakes, changing fluids and making sure everything was running as it should. Upon inspecting the vehicle here at SweetCars, we realized that two of the wheels on the passenger side were in need of repair from curb rash. The interior also had a couple of issues including; missing trim and leather dye issues. Overall, the car had to be up to par with the rest of the vehicles in this client’s collection. Once Keith Miller was done with service on the Gallardo, I began the detailing process which included engine detailing, suspension detailing, interior detailing, paint correction and applying Gtechniq Glass Coating both C1 and EXO on the Spyder. Oh yeah, and those curb rashed wheels, they were sent away for repair and then later protected with 22PLE VM1 from brakedust and dirt. After several days, the Lamborghini was restored to a condition that even the previous owner couldn’t of imagined. Working on this Gallardo was like revisiting an old friend. 3 years ago, I had detailed a Gallardo identical to this particular Lamborghini in Giallo Midas. So detailing this Lamborghini had it’s fair share of memory lane moments.
