Automobiles, especially exotic or high performance automobiles can build up plenty of brake dust from either regular stop and go traffic or high-performance driving. When wheels look at their absolute worse, Sonax Wheel Cleaner Full Effect is ready to tackle on the most stubborn and burned on brake dust and rubber residue. As a proud sponsor of the F1 Mclaren/Mercedes team, Sonax can clean up what ever brake dust Lewis Hamilton can dish out on the track. So you know that this stuff works and works well. Made in Germany, Sonax Full Effect is an acid-free cleaner that is safe for all types of wheels, including polished and chrome wheels and yes, F1 racing wheels as well. For exotics or high-performance cars, its especially safe for carbon/ceramic braking systems. At the SweetCars detail studio, its my go to product for wheels on these type of high-performance vehicles.
To use Sonax Full Effect is really easy, just simply spray on a cool temperature wheel and it will spray on green and as it comes in contact with iron deposits, the cleaner will turn to a reddish purple color as it reacts to the iron. Let the cleaner work for 3 to 5 minutes then scrub the wheels with a proper wheel brush. Rinse the wheels and simply dry with microfiber. Make sure to not let the cleaner dry on the wheels and now you are done. I’ve used Sonax Wheel Cleaner Full Effect on this Porsche 911 to demonstrate how it works and how easy it is to clean wheels after a long drive from being on the track. Sonax Wheel Cleaner is available at the Driver’s Edge at SweetCars, pick some up today. If you have any questions about Sonax Wheel Cleaner Full Effect, feel free to post your question on our blog.
