There’s something about a Maserati GranTurismo that stirs emotion and excitement. The brand new 2013 Maserati Gran Turismo Convertible certainly captivates enthusiasts. When a client recently purchased his Gran Turismo MC Sportline convertible, he called us and arranged to have the vehicle meticulously detailed at SweetCars. With only 51 miles on the clock, the Maserati had gone through some pretty bad prep work at the dealership level. Swirls from improper washing techniques, and holograms from a rushed polishing made the new Maserati look less than stellar. For a $168,000 vehicle that does 0 to 60 in 4.6 seconds with a top speed of 185 MPH, the vehicle needed refinement in the way of a proper paint correction. The vehicle went through a 4 day process to bring this 2013 Maserati Gran Turismo MC Sport to the state intended by it’s builder in Modena, Italy. The vehicle was treated with 22PLE Glass Coating on the wheels and paint and then was given a coat of Esoteric Wax by Polish Angel, to give further depth to the paint. What resulted was a vehicle with absolutely gorgeous paint clarity and reflections.
