Our very own Mike Cardenas and Jared Griffiths were featured on Velocity’s car detailing television show Competition Ready! If you missed them, you can find them on Competition Ready: season 2, episode 9 “Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum.” Mike and Jared kicked off this awesome opportunity with a three day SONAX detailer’s workshop at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, lead by Head Detailer of Autogeek and Co-host of Competition Ready, Mike Phillips.
After the class concluded, some of the participants were asked to assist with the detailing of two Duesenbergs that would then be on display in the “Indiana and the Automotive Industry” exhibit inside the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum. One of the Duesenbergs is a 1927 Duesenberg, owned and driven by Augie Duesenberg, the founder of Duesenberg; the second was a 1935 Duesenberg, which is one of three 4-door convertibles they ever built!
